Physiotherapist
Brendan is an experienced physiotherapist with over a decade of clinical experience helping people overcome pain, recover from injury, and return to the activities they enjoy. Having worked extensively in both private practice and aged care, he has developed exceptional clinical reasoning skills and a reputation for delivering thorough assessments, accurate diagnoses, and evidence-based treatment tailored to each individual.
Throughout his career, Brendan has treated a wide variety of musculoskeletal conditions, sports injuries, persistent pain, post-operative rehabilitation, balance problems, and mobility issues. This diverse background allows him to confidently manage both straightforward injuries and more complex presentations.
Brendan previously worked as a Senior Physiotherapist in a busy Sydney private practice, where he mentored physiotherapists and postgraduate students while building strong referral relationships with GPs, specialists, and surgeons.
Passionate about lifelong learning, Brendan has completed extensive postgraduate training in the McKenzie Method, Mulligan Concept, Explain Pain, Sports Physiotherapy, and the Gyrotonic® Method. He combines hands-on treatment with personalised exercise programs and practical education, ensuring patients not only recover from their current injury but also reduce the risk of future problems.
Brendan's treatment philosophy is centred around listening carefully, identifying the true cause of symptoms, and developing realistic treatment plans that fit each patient's goals and lifestyle. Whether you're recovering from a sporting injury, struggling with persistent back or neck pain, preparing for surgery, or simply wanting to move better, Brendan is committed to helping you achieve lasting results.
If you're looking for an experienced physiotherapist who takes the time to understand your condition, explains your diagnosis clearly, and provides evidence-based treatment with a genuine focus on long-term outcomes, Brendan would love to help.
Outside of the clinic you might find Brendan on one of the many sporting fields playing cricket, rugby, ultimate frisbee or netball!
