How do I start?

Each patient is required to complete an initial one on one assessment with a Physiotherapist. This session will involve an assessment of your problems/imbalances so that class selection can be made and so that the Physiotherapist can tailor to your needs within the class.

Each class will run for approximately 50 minutes with maximum of 8 people per class, 1 session per week for 10 consecutive weeks.

Due to the small numbers in the class you will be required to give at least 24 hours notice if you are unable to attend.
